What we do:
We will confirm pick-up and estimated delivery time in advance.
We will give you a cost quote in advance.
We will arrive on time.
We will give your horse the best possible care while with us.
Hay is before your horse at all times, unless otherwise requested.
We break approximately every four hours to refill hay and offer water.
One overnight layover is included for every eleven - fourteen loaded hours.
All stalls are cleaned and disinfected after each trip.
We carry commercial insurance on our truck and trailer, not the horses.
We haul with a 2006 Ford F-350 Diesel.
Note(s): Trailer size will depend on the number and size of horses being transported.
Horse must be at least 14HH and no greater than 19HH.
What you do:
A current "negative" Coggins result and current Health Certificate is required.
Provide halters, lead lines, and hay for the trip.
Use shipping boots only if they have had boots on before.
Be prepared or make arrangements to load and unload your horse(s).
Identify any contact persons and numbers at pick-up and/or drop-off.
Deposit is due with confirmation/ Final payment is due at pick-up.
We accept Cash, Check, or Pay Pal
What can cause a delay?:
- Horses that are difficult to load (we allow up to two hours)
- Weather or traffic conditions
Note: In the event of such a delay, you will be notified.
